Helen was born and brought up in Belfast , Northern Ireland but has lived most of her life in Scotland. She presented on a local radio station, North Highland Radio, for over 6 years before joining Speysound Radio. She loves all types of music and so her show is always a mix of years and genres. She often has a theme for her show and there’s always something different every week!
